1. Free Trial Policy

 

We offer a 30-day free trial for new students. During this period:

•No payment is required

•You may attend all scheduled classes

•You are free to cancel at any time within the trial period without any charge

2. Paid Program Enrollment

 

Once the free trial ends, parents may choose to continue by enrolling in a paid batch.

 

Payment confirms your spot in the class and helps us reserve teaching resources accordingly.

3. Cancellation Before Paid Term Starts

 

If you cancel before the paid term begins (i.e., during or immediately after the trial, but before the payment deadline):

•No charges will apply

•If any early payment has been made accidentally, you may request a full refund

4. Cancellation After Classes Begin

 

Once the paid term begins:

•Refunds will not be issued for partial attendance or missed classes

•In rare cases (e.g., serious illness, relocation), you may request a prorated refund. This is considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Sachiyar LLC

5. Missed Classes and Rescheduling

•We do not offer refunds for missed classes

•However, teachers may provide occasional recap videos, worksheets, or summary updates depending on availability

•In cases of technical issues or unavoidable teacher absences, we may reschedule classes or extend the batch duration

6. Class Cancellation by Sachiyar LLC

 

If Sachiyar LLC must cancel a program or class due to low enrollment, scheduling issues, or other unforeseen reasons:

•A full refund will be issued for any paid but unused portion of the course

•We will inform all affected parents in advance and offer alternatives if available

7. How to Request a Refund

•Student’s full name

•Parent’s name and contact

•Batch enrolled in

•Reason for refund request

•Date of last class attended

The following are non-refundable:

•Custom class requests or private tutoring sessions once scheduled
